More than 35 years of experience in the signal processing aspects of communications, sonar, radar and other systems. Specialized in algorithm development, from requirements analysis and specification through programming and test.

Experience includes synchronization and demodulation of OFDM (multi-carrier) waveforms, FEC codes, filters for alias free resampling and Hilbert Transforms, mixed radix FFTs, cross ambiguity function generation, GPS aided carrier synchronization, adaptive array processing, signal detection, parameter estimation. Deterministic and probabilistic performance analysis and prediction.

Tools include Fortran, Pascal, C, Matlab, Mathcad.
